Helpful staff and great breakfast options

I really appreciated how helpful the staff was during my stay, especially when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. The breakfast offered an impressive variety, including delicious hot dishes and fresh fruit that started my day off right. However, I found the glass-pane bathroom doors to be quite disruptive at night, as they lit up the room when in use.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the fast internet, free parking, and supportive 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff recommended great local delivery. They're always helpful!

Moe's Southwest Grill and Blaze Pizza, both just a hop away, served up quick bites that hit the spot. Duck Donuts was a sweet way to wrap up the day. Plus, the breakfast at Springhill Suites was hot and delish! Nothing like a hearty start to fuel a culinary adventure.

On the flip side, our experience at Springhill Suites was not all sunshine. We got hit with double charges, and the front desk couldn't help us out at all.

Exceptional Stay, Perfect for Families!

My family and I had a fantastic two-night stay. The queen studio was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We loved the nearby dining options, especially the local eatery with delicious breakfast. Make sure to ask about the best places to grab food—our front desk staff were incredibly helpful!

I loved that the breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the fresh fruit. The hotel is just a quick walk away from both the vibrant downtown Chapel Hill and the beautiful Hollow Rock Nature Park, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot.
